COPYRIGHT & USAGE
The copyright of the model itself, unless a separate contract is made, belongs to the creator.
For non-commissioned works, commercial use (broadcasting on YouTube/Twitch/Chizijik/Soop, etc. that allows monetization) is not permitted.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
For outfits, a period of around 15-30 days is required, while for avatars, around 60-90 days are needed.
The timeline may vary depending on the complexity, and if the schedule is open, it can be reduced by half for urgent requests. If communication is difficult, the production period may be extended. The sources used may be reused depending on prior consultation.
The commissioned work can be delivered in formats such as Meligo, Warudo, FBX, VRM, PMX, etc., depending on the intended use (choose two, additional formats available upon request).
GENERAL
- The creator grants the commissioner exclusive usage rights of the model. This means the commissioner has the right to monetize the model, including using it for broadcasts. The usage rights cannot be shared or sold to third parties without the permission of the commissioner who holds the rights.
- Temporary transfer of the model for purposes such as costume production or content creation is allowed for the commissioner's monetization purposes. However, transferring the usage rights of the model itself (including monetization) requires discussion with the creator.
- The copyright of the 3D model itself (not the character's copyright) belongs to the creator. Unless a contract explicitly grants copyright transfer or sales permission, the model file cannot be sold for profit. Violation of this condition may result in legal action against the original distributor.
- The created model may be used in the creator's portfolio. (Adjustments regarding the confidentiality or publication period can be made in consultation with the commissioner).
- This contract includes post-production support for a month, during which the creator must address any issues that arise with the product at the request of the commissioner.
- These terms may be altered through mutual consultation or contract amendments.
