FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do you charge a reservation fee?
Due to frequent schedule disruptions caused by no-shows, I charge a 5-10% non-refundable reservation fee for confirmed bookings. This amount is non-refundable. I only request prepayment for confirmed bookings, and tentative reservations are not listed in the booking schedule.
How many confirmations (reviews) are allowed?
I will send screenshots at each stage of the process, allowing you to confirm the progress. There is no strict limit on confirmations during the sculpting and modeling stages, but if excessive revisions cause delays, the number of confirmations may be limited to two. If more than two revisions are required at the final stage, an additional fee may be charged per revision.
Can I request modifications after the post-production period or for other platform applications?
Except for errors that the creator missed, any requests for color or appearance changes, outfit adjustments, or other modifications will incur a basic fee of 100,000 KRW / 100 USD per request.
Is it okay to commission other creators for outfits or hairstyles?
Yes, it's allowed. However, the overall character image must not be included in other creators' portfolios. When posting, such as highlighting the commissioned work or capturing a broadcast screen, please make sure to clearly state your contribution by greyscaling the avatar or emphasizing your work.
I can't contact you via Twitter(X)!
DMs often get marked as spam and don't trigger notifications. Please contact me via email.
What is your refund policy?
If the work has not started, a refund will be issued minus the reservation fee. Based on the progress, partial refunds will be provided after deducting a certain amount, and any avatar assets created up to that point may be resold or reused after modification. If the cancellation is due to the creator's circumstances, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be given once the work is complete.
